Hot dip galvanizing is a multi-stage process that creates a metallurgically bonded zinc-iron alloy coating — delivering superior, long-life corrosion protection that paint and powder coating cannot match.
Pre-Treatment
Degreasing removes oils and organic contaminants. Acid pickling removes mill scale and rust. Rinsing and fluxing prepare the steel surface for perfect zinc adhesion.
Drying & Pre-Heating
Fluxed steel components pass through a drying oven to remove moisture — preventing zinc splatter and ensuring safe, smooth immersion into the molten zinc bath..
Zinc Kettle Immersion
